• Seville Estate winery: Soft cow's milk cheese, marinated in chilli, dill and garlic with a glass of Riesling. ( Cheese made on site)

Costs are based on: $85 per hour for the first two hours and $75 per hour for any further hours. This cost includes touring in a luxury Statesman sedan with Geoff as chauffeur. Lunch costs etc. are at the client's expense unless negotiated within the tour.

Evergreen's Exclusive "Wine Buff's" Winery Tour Evergreen's Exclusive Wine Tour is designed to accommodate discerning guests who wish to have an individual and personalised wine tasting experience.

Three course a la carte lunch including wine with each course at Tokar winery and complimentary wine and accompaniments at Chandon. It also guarantees the client exclusive access to the car and your host. The tour will only include another couple at your request.

Geoff Cooper has travelled extensively in Europe, and in 1992 lived in Colorado, USA for twelve months. Consequently, he knows what international and local tourists appreciate; hospitality, local knowledge, comfort and friendly courtesy. The "Wine Buff's" tour includes:

• Private tasting of DeBortoli reserve wines with gourmet cheese platter
• Flute of Chandon methode champenoise sparkling wine and accompaniments at Chandon winery

A winery tour for the adventurous!


Three hour winery tour in either an EC-120 or smaller, R-44 helicopter.The tour includes a full hour in the air visiting three wineries, and an extended joy flight over the Yarra Valley and also the Melbourne CBD when possible. The tour includes:

• Visits to three wineries by helicopter
• All tasting fees
• A complimentary bottle of Yarra Valley sparkling wine
• Transfers from your Yarra valley accommodation in a Statesman sedan

Evergreen's Exclusive "Ballooning & Barrels" Winery Tour Enjoy an exhilarating balloon flight over the stunning Yarra Valley with champagne breakfast followed by a half-day or full day winery tour.

This tour includes: an early morning pick up to take you to your "Global Ballooning" rallying point, a balloon flight with champagne breakfast followed by a full or half day tour returning to your accommodation venue in the Yarra Valley. Other venues negotiable.

The half day tour runs for approximately four hours and the full day approximately six hours. (See full and half day tours for tour details.)
